seasoned steaks with horseradish cream

Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

    • 1/2 tsp each salt and garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp each dried parsley flakes, chili powder, and pepper
    • 4 beef tenderloin steaks (4 oz each)

Horseradish Cream

    • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
    • 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream

Yield: 4 Servings

Directions:

    1. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, rub on grill rack to coat lightly. Mix salt, garlic powder, parsley flakes, chili powder, and pepper. Rub over both sides of steaks.
    2. Grill steaks, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
    3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix butter, horseradish, and garlic until blended; gradually whisk in cream. Serve with steaks.
