basil dill coleslaw

Total Time:  10 Minutes

Ingredients

Yield: 6 Servings

    • 6 cups coleslaw mix
    • 3 – 4 Tbsp chopped fresh basil (or 1 Tbsp dried basil)
    • 3 Tbsp snipped fresh dill (or 1 Tbsp dill weed)

Dressing

    • 1/2  cup mayonnaise
    • 3 Tbsp sugar
    • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
    • 2 Tbsp half-and-half
    • 1 tsp coarsely ground pepper

Directions:

    1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, basil, and dill.
    2. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients until blended.
    3. Drizzle dressing over cabbage mixture; toss to coat.  Refrigerate until serving.
