Turkey-Sweet Potato Soup

- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp sodium-free chicken bouillon granules
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream-style corn
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh sage
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
Directions:
- In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, and bouillon; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, covered, 10-15 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in corn, sage, and pepper; heat through. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and milk until smooth; stir into soup. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in turkey, heat through.
